I do admit, I was a little skeptical when the shield was first introduced. I also know I needed to find some way to cut down on the amount of wastage on my wine by the glass program.
I carry 24 wines by the glass and as a wine lover, I would not want my guests to get an inferior product. The Wine Shield has proven its worth in giving my wines added shelf life and maintaining the quality expected of my offerings.
